These terms apply to the Expo Wizard website (expo-wizard.com) and to packages bought through it. Expo Wizard is provided by ProMarketing Wizard (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a package you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

The service

Expo Wizard is a business tool for planning and running meetings at exhibitions. It is offered to companies, not to consumers. Your account on this website is for buying and managing packages; your team uses the Expo Wizard app at app.expo-wizard.com.

Packages and payment

• A package gives your company a number of events, each with a number of meetings. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page at the time you buy.
• Packages are paid once, in advance. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• You can raise a package’s meetings per event later and pay only the difference.
• An event counts against your package when you create it, even if you later delete it.
• Payments are taken by our payment provider, Cardcom, which also issues the invoice.

Free trial

Where offered, a free trial lets your company try Expo Wizard on one event for a limited time. One trial per email address. When it ends, the trial event becomes read-only until you buy a package.

Your account and your data

• Keep access to your email account secure: we sign you in with one-time codes sent to it.
• You are responsible for the information your team enters, including details of your guests, and for having the right to use it.
• Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Expo Wizard to break the law, send spam, try to access other customers’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Expo Wizard available and secure, but it is provided as is and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the package concerned.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders by email about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
