Azure AD SSO
Staff sign in with their Microsoft work account. When someone leaves your directory, they lose access.
Emergency local login
If SSO is unavailable, admins sign in with username, password and an authenticator code. Every use is recorded in the audit log.
SIEM audit export
Stream every change in the tenant into your security tools and keep the long-term record there.
Data retention controls
Set how long meetings, deleted users and audit entries are kept. GDPR data export and deletion per person.
