What counts as an event?
One exhibition or show with its own dates, rooms and meetings. Past events stay available with their reports.
What counts as a meeting?
Any meeting booked in an event. Each event has its own allowance, and you can see how many are left per event at any time.
Can I add meetings later?
Yes. Upgrade a package from your account at any time: every event on that package gets the higher meetings allowance, and you pay only the difference.
How does the free trial work?
14 days with the full product for one event of up to 20 meetings, no card needed. When it ends, the event becomes read-only until you buy a package — and when you buy, you can bring it with you.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests receive a normal calendar invitation and accept or decline from their email. Only your team signs in.
